In addition, I recently stepped into the Pride at Work business resource group co-chair role in Brazil where I lead and contribute to exciting and meaningful work focused on LGBT+ inclusion and allyship. To celebrate Pride this year, I wanted to do something more than attend events and post on social media. I wanted to do something really special to encourage inclusivity. I thought, ‘Why not talk in a way that is clear for everyone? Can I explain inclusion in a simple way?’ So, I wrote a short digital book with simple language that a child can understand; and will send as a gift to colleagues in Brazil for Pride Day.
